The WHCA would like to thank the residents of Westgate Hills for making the July 4th event a great success! The event started with the parade of decorated bikes, wagons, and strollers through the neighborhood led by the Manoa Fire Company. Following the parade, the picnic was held in the lower half of the park.
As always, John Candelori did a tremendous job organizing the event.
